How it works:
24 biz hours after your purchase, you’ll get an email from me with instructions on how to schedule your 1 hour consultation (home or online via Zoom).
Here is what we will cover during the consult:
We’ll talk up a storm so that I can get to know you, your style/personality, wants/needs for your room, we’ll come up with a budget and then I’ll check out your room to help me come up with the perfect design for you.
I’ll take measurements of your room to make sure all of your new furniture/accessories fit perfectly in your room
I’ll also take pictures of your entire room
What happens next…
I’ll then get to work on your room design while you sit back, put your feet up and focus on something that you actually enjoy doing, like going on a Netflix binge.
You might think that I’ve fallen off the face of the earth, but don’t worry, I’ll just be in my zone working hard on putting together your room design
In about 2 weeks from the date of your consultation, I will send you a preview of your design, which will include the items selected for your room. You will then review the preview of your design and let me know if all of the items are good to go or if something needs changing. This is the preview stage. This will be your ONLY chance to let me know if you’re not feeling something about the design so that I can change it.
So please don’t be shy. I want you to be truthful with me. This is your room and you will be spending time in it so please let me know if something needs changing during this time. When I select items for your room, I make sure that everything works perfectly together.
With that said, A LOT of time (aka weeks) goes into the process of selecting items for your room that’s why it’s so important that you let me know once you receive the preview, if you don’t like something since one little change of an item can throw off the entire design and force me to start from scratch.
Any changes requested after the preview has been approved will result in a charge of an additional design fee. This will also cause your design to be delayed so to avoid this from happening, please be as forthcoming as possible when expressing your wants and needs and vision for your room.
2. Once you give me the green light during the preview stage, you will receive an email from me (in about 2 weeks ) that will include a PDF of your complete room design!
You can then get started right away on designing your room or completing it at your own pace (the choice is yours).
This service is NOT for you if…
- You’re not willing to let go and trust in me during the design process (I‘m the expert here so just let go & trust me and magic will happen…I promise you!) This is necessary so that I can do my thing, so if you’re a control freak, then I am not the Decorator for you. You will be better off working with someone else.
- You’d rather pay an Interior Decorator to not only create your room design, but to also come over to your home and put the design together for you (ie; put together furniture, hang curtains, style your bookcase, order items, etc)

Some FAQs
When can I expect to receive my complete room design?
In about 4 weeks from the date of your consultation (this also depends on the time it takes for you to get back to me regarding the approval of items for your design since I don’t move forward until feedback has been received from you) or upon receipt of full payment if you’ve opted for the payment plan.
What is the difference between this service and the Room Restyle service?
The Complete Room Makeover service is tailored more for those who are looking for a full room makeover either because they just moved into a new place and need to fill it with new items or they are looking to redecorate their room with totally brand new items for a brand new look.
